V/H/S 2

there-will-be-bl00d:

Sorry if this differs from your opinion, but I didn’t like it.
I didn’t hate it, but it was really boring 4 me.
Then again I don’t like found footage films.
Besides that I guess it’s a step up from the 1st? The graphics are better, and some of the clips are better filmed, but I was more interested with the 1st one, it was more captivating.
I had to force myself to finish this one :p

While I was definitely captivated/interested until the end, v/h/s 2 is definitely not as good as the first. I thought it had some wonderful moments, but it falls short for the reasons you described. “Found footage” movies have become very derivative… Though there are some great ones, I believe the gimmick has ruined some otherwise brilliant movies (Frankenstein’s Army). I hope horror filmmakers find a new device soon.

{REC 2}

that’s a weird scene of REC 2

oh god

This scene in REC 2 really pulls the whole thing together. It’s absolutely the best scene in the movie. I would go so far as to say that it’s the best scene in the entire series.

This scene made REC 2 not only a great film but a cinematic experience. Plus tits.

This is totaly from V/H/S 2.But it’s still a totally awesome segment from a sequal that’s far better than the original.

This is not from VHS 2.

*coughcough* V/H/S 1 *coughcough* twats *coughcough*

Sarcasm is something you’re born with, I guess.

This is from Quarantine. But you guys were really close, I like you…

You’re all idiots, this is from Paranormal Activity 9.

I’m fairly certain this is the made-for-TV version of Twilight.

I wanted this movie to be so much better…some of the coolest makeups ever.

Martyrs are exceptional people. They survive pain, they survive total deprivation. They bear all the sins of the earth. They give themselves up. They transcend themselves… they are transfigured.

Excision….watch it.
Watch it please, you’ll not regret it.

So today’s lesson is, you kill each other off till there’s only one left. Nothing’s against the rules.
